Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bengaluru invites online tenders for disposal of condemned/ scrap materials such as Electrical/ Electronic items, hardware items (metal, steel, plastic & furniture), and miscellaneous items (ceramic items) as mentioned in the Enclosure II on “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. Bidder/ Buyer shall ensure to adhere by all applicable Guidelines/ Notifications issued by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) / Ministry of Environment & Forests (MOEF) from time to time with regard to Sale of Hazardous Waste Items and the Bidders/ Buyers shall ensure that all Registration Certificates issued by State PCB / CPCB / MOEF are kept valid for the entire period of the contract.
