(c) Check rotor and stator on sludge oil dosage pump. (d) Check thermo couple for combustion chamber. (e) Check the control and Alarms system according to “ test of function and safety device” (f) Check all safety devices and adjust. (g) Check all valves on oil system for leakage. (h) Check all oil solenoid valves for leakage and proper functioning. On completion of overhauling, Incinerator to be proved.Mat- Firm supply, Spares - CG Supply. DO complete overhauling of the incinerator. . All inway jobs included. Renewal of nozzles against Firm indent. Spares - CG supply Material - Firm supply
