Tariff rate fixed for supply of electricity to Railway for 25 years by implementation of roof top solar PV system of various capacities through RESCO mode at various locations of Thiruvanathapuram Division of Southern Railway. (1. Tariff rate shall be exclusive of taxes and levies i.e., self-generation tax, network charges and any taxes in future incidental to connectivity and operation of the solar plants after Commercial Operation Date (COD). 2. These taxes and levies shall be borne by Railways. The rates quoted shall be on the basis of tariff rate only and all present and future statutory levies/charges, taxes like self-generation tax, network charges etc. shall be paid by Railway to DISCOM and no recovery need to be made in this regard from SPD on monthly basis.)
