Bearing No. 2 2222E with L- type bearing housing (IS :2062 E 250BR) - 02 Nos. 3. M6 Grease nipples-04 nos, 4. M20 Hex head Bolt with Nut and Spring Washer-04 Nos. 5. M12 Hex head Screw with spring washers -16 Nos. 6. Spac er -01 No. 7. Short Axle - 324 mm length - 01 No. 8. 500 mm Tread dia Idle wheel as following specifications - Tread diameter of wheel- 500 mm, Collar of the wheel- 25 mm, Depth of collar-20mm Wheel- Double colla r type wheel, Thickness of the wheel- 150 mm, Bore of wheel- 120 mm, Note:-i) Material of Idle wheel- Conf irming to specifications as per 55C8 of IS: 1570/79, Surface hardness on wheel tread & collar: 300 +- 50 BH N, ii) Material of Short Axle- Confirming to specifications as per BS 970:1955, EN24, Hardness - Min 300 BH N iii) The Bearing shall be of SKF/FAG/NTN/NBC make only . iv) The fasteners shall be High Tensile quality o f LPS/Unbrako/TVS make only. v) Ultrasonic Inspection Certificate shall be provided from NABL approved La b along with supply. vi) Material Test Certificate shall be provided from NABL approved Lab along with sup ply. vii) Hardness Test Certificate shall be provided along with supply.
