(i). Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Test Bench facilities for FAT Testing in the office of CSTE(Project)/SECR at Bilaspur, (ii). Provision of Centralized SAT arrangements for Distributed EI with the provision of Mux DeMux arrangement, Machine based Auto FAT, Checking of Interface, Application Logic, Route Control Chart by IRSE / IRSTELO License holder at 02 Levels and Design & Preparation / Modification of Signal Interlocking Plan & Route Control Chart (iii). Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Server based Data Network in the office of CSTE(Project) for Data management of Signaling Design in Bilaspur of SEC Railway.
Performing of SAT at station with the installation of Simulation Panel/IO Controller with the provision of MUX/DEMUX interface equipments from single centralised location for station having up to 2 Goomties and one Central EI, all IO simulation panel wiring will be done by the agency to make the system ready & functional for complete SAT testing. System shall be deployed till commissiong of the station for a period not more than 30 days after completion of SAT. - The final SAT reports shall be checked & signed by the site testing engineer deplyed by the agency having IRSE / IRSTLEO License. Once the SAT is taken up, it shall be completed in one go without any discontinuty. All kind of validation test of the Input Out put Bits for ensuring correct testing to be done by the agency.
