BOQ Item Description: 4 Nos of hydraulic jacks of size 7 inch with box channel 120mm x 120mm x 5mm for front and rear portion of Containarised Mob Shelter shall be provided on all four corners of the container front two jacks should be sliding The jacks should be designed to take load of 20 tons All hydraulic pipelines should be of 5800 PSI working pressure capacity Hydraulic pump should be of 4 litre oil capacity Distributor of IMDL ten with 20 litres capacity lever to control jack and DV Direction Valve to be provided to control the pressure of jacks Oil tank of 55 ltrs capacity to be provided Oil to be used should be of Make hydraulic 68 grades 01 x pumping rod of 35mm of CK grade of 32 hardness and 25 micron chrome polish A proper enclosure to be provided on the rear side of the container for the hydraulic system Motorized pump system to be installed which can be used where electric supply is there to make the erection process fast Base plate of jacks of size 2 feet x 2 feet and thickness 8 mm MS plate shall be provided for each jack The hydraulic system shall be based on pump and lever action in addition to electric motorised pumps for contingency
