Inner chamber made of stainless steel, / aluminum outer made of MS sheet, outside finished with stoving hammertone spray paint. Both the wall gap should be highly insulated with thick blanket glass wool 75 mm thick. Door should be also double walled and insulated with glass wool, hanged with heavy hinges fitted with roller type latch.Felt gasket should be fitted with the door for sealing to protect any loss of temperature. An adjustable air vent with thermometer tabulator should be provided at the top of the oven. Heating elements are to placed at the bottom and two sides of the lower part for uniform temperature elements are capable to raise the temp. upto 400 deg C . A 3 heat rotary switch to be provided for raising and variation of temp.LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH. Temperature range 50 deg.C to 400deg C. temperature is controlled by solid state electronic digital temp.indicator cum controller accuracy of +/- 1deg C. A regulator should be provided to adjust the required temperature or may be electronic device for the same purpose. One top tray with hooks is also provided. All steel wire shelves should be made of SS-AISI-304L.
