Monthly fixed hire charges for 01(One) Road vehicle (Non AC) like (Scorpio/Tata Sumo/ Bolero or similar model along with driver round the clock (24 hours). (2000 Km Per Month) (1)The monthly hiring charges includes the cost of driver's salary, all major/minor repairs, servicing of the vehicles, cost of wear & tear, cost of uniform of drivers and fuel any other consumable required from time to time, drivers salary and allowances as per Govt. Rules and Labour Laws, all taxes, duties, incidental charges, penalties etc. as imposed by Central/.State/Local Govt. Bodies for running of vehicles including parking charges, toll Tax, Entry Tax whenever required, etc. shall be paid by the contractor. Hence tenderer(s) is/are advised to quote the rate taking all these aspects into consideration.
