Hiring of furnished office at Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar for the period of 5 years for Khavda HVDC project office. The premises must have a minimum super built-up area of approximately 10, 000 square feet, including a reception area, 1 large cabin, 5 cabins, 4 halls, 1 conference room (20-seater) with VC setup, pantry (16-seater), toilets, and quality furniture. The office must be fully air-conditioned, preferably in a G+2 building or higher with lift, power backup, separate utilities, wide approach road, and reserved parking for 10 cars and 10 two-wheelers. The premises must have a valid occupancy certificate and all statutory approvals from local authorities, located within 35 km of Gandhinagar Sachivalaya. Preference will be given to Govt. departments/PSEs.
