Hiring of agency for production and operation activities for WFPS and PCS for two (02) years as per scope of work. Note: 1.Quantity of work in terms of working days = 600 days (considering 25 Working days per month). 2.Manning on production and operation activities on any day shall be proportionate with quantity of activity arising on that day. 3.For measurement on actual use basis, the quantity of engaged workers on a day for various production and operation activities in scope of work shall be converted in equivalent days. 4.For conversion of engaged contractual workers in equivalent days, the conversion factor shall be utilized as under: 1 Skilled = 0.019456809 Days and 1 Semi-skilled = 0.012269672 Days. 5.In this contract, the maximum work arising in a day through production and operation activities in the scope of work is equivalent to 35 Skilled + 26 Semi-skilled manpower. Hence, in a day maximum ceiling for engaging the manpower shall be 35 Skilled + 26 Semi-skilled. 6.Rates quoted shall be inclusive of manpower cost, transportation, lodging/fooding cost and all types of taxes etc. 7.Compliance of provision of Minimum wages Act, ESI Act, EPF Act and Employees Compensation Act is mandatory. 8.Rates quoted shall be inclusive of GST@ 18%
