Item Description: Providing 49 seater or more AC Bus on hire on fixed monthly charges per month per 12 hours a day for all the days including Sunday and National Holidays as per Terms and Conditions attached. Vehicle reporting HRRL Pachpadra Site Office/Camp Office/Jodhpur or as per the instruction of the Officer Incharge - TYPE OF VEHICLE : Diesel driven AC Bus with Company Body Make : Tata/Eicher / Ashok Leyland / M&M or equivalent, with No Modification in the Body, MODEL January 2018 or later (Vehicle running kms shall not be more than 3, 00, 000 kms ) on fixed monthly hiring basis. The rates shall include wages to driver, helper (cleaner), fuel cost, insurance and maintenance cost for the vehicle. DUTY HOURS : 12 hrs a day & 7 days a week, minimum assured mileage 9000 Kms per quarter. The vehicles should be registered as TOURIST VEHICLE. Driver shall have HVD transport driving license.
