Tender's Details

High Temperature - Thermal Cycling Furnace upto 1800 deg. Centigrade for Spalling Resistan ce testing of Refractory Bricks. It shall be sufficient to start and complete the test with an automatic jerk fr ee Pneumatic /Hydraulic, operating along with Thyristor drive and Automatic programmable PID Controller drive. The entire Furnace Hearth shall move either vertically up & down, or horizontally left & right accordin g to set up program. The operation should happen repeatedly as per set up program . The Thermocouple s hall be of B Type (Pt-Rh-Pt-Rh) with 99.7 % purity Alumina tube. The Heating elements shall be of Molybden um Di Silicide with superior quality work upto 1800 deg centigrade with continuous working temperature of 1600 deg. centigrade . One set of spares shall be supplied along with the equipment. The warranty period shall be 24 months from the date of proving out of the equipment.
