Exposing of existing damaged RCC columns, beams, slabs, walls, raft etc. including plaster 6mm beyond inner reinforcement carefully by means of chisel and hammer or mechanically along with cleaning and scrapping of exposed area of reinforcement (where reinforcement is visible) by wire brush /compressed air, erecting horizontal platforms at working levels to collect the debris, including scaffolding, providing net all around the scaffolding, stacking the debris and carting away outside the premises with contractor's own transportation and disposal etc. Rate includes cost of all materials, labour, tools and tackles, taxes etc. complete in all respects.
