Heavy duty high strength trolley of size: 535mm width x 815mm length x 250mm height, to carry a load bearing capacity 350kgs of lock bolting machine and structural integrity. Precision welded mai nframe fabricated with 40mm x 30mm x 6mm (minimum) L- channel to ensure rigidity under full load. Top base made up of 5mm thick alloy steel with 25mm border shielded on all sides for holding safety of machin e. Heavy duty swivel type PU bearing type wheels of size 10 inch x 2 inch with brake to be provided at the f ront and at the back provided with the 2 Nos of PU bearing type wheels of size 10 inch x 2 inch with steel s haft of 25.4 mm dia for smooth maneuverability. Tubular steel pipe handle of 25mm dia to be provided in fr ont for easy pulling and turning in all directions. Lockable clamps with bush to be provided for fixing lock bo lting machine on the trolley and separate angle with hooks to hold the cables and hoses and the trolley sho uld be painted one coat of red oxide and one coat of Yellow color.
