Item Description: Technical Specifications of Rubber Hose pipe: Heavy Duty Flexible Rubber / Corrugated hose steel wire embedded with both sides integrated MS Flanges to withstand working pressure of 20 Kg/Sq.cm. Hose shall be smooth bore with fully embedded spiral wire with number of plies of natural rubber impregnated with woven textile fabric. Outer cover shall be corrugated & resistant to abrasion with straight end. 1. The Hose will conform to IS:3549 2. The Hose shall be tested at 30 Kg/Sq.cm 3. End fitting : M.S Flanges will be conforming to IS: 6392/1971 4. The lining and cover shall be made from a suitable compound and shall be free from air blisters, porosity or any other visible defects. 5. The reinforcement shall be of woven fabric applied on bias at approximately 45 angle. The woven fabric shall be well rubberized with a suitable rubber compound. 6. The wire used for the helical reinforcement will be galvanized steel wire. 7. The hoses shall have smooth bore. 8. The Hoses shall be suitable for Mine Dewatering pumps delivery side with head of 120/ 150 Mtr head and high discharge.
