Handling of Parcel, Goods, and Luggage at Mumbai Central (MMCT), Dadar (DDR), Bandra Terminus (BDTS), Vasai Road (BSR), Palghar (PLG), Dahanu Road (DRD), Vapi (VAPI), Valsad (BL), Bilimora (BIM), Navsari (NVS), Surat (ST), Udhna (UDN), Chalthan (CHM), Nandurbar (NDB), and Amalner (AN) stations of Mumbai Central Division, Western Railway as Group No-61(5)Quotation, by deputing sufficient labourers per day as per requirement at stations for a period of 02 (two) months on QUOTATIONS basis or till finalization of open tender, whichever is earlier.
- WORK ITEM C - Transhipment of goods from sick and damaged wagons direct from one wagon into another or on to the ground and from the ground into wagons, irrespective of the interval of time which may have to elapse between the different parts of operations. This includes POH and LT wagons. WORK ITEM E - Loading and unloading of parcels and Luggage into and from brake-vans of all passenger and mixed trains and into and from parcel trains. This includes all works in connection with the parcels and luggage booked to and from the stations mentioned above to be removed from one platform to another taking of packages from parcel office to platforms and vice versa. WORK ITEM O - Supply of labour during emergency such as accident, breach on line etc. WORK ITEM P - Load reducing and adjustment of loads.
