Auction Detail: The Auction is for operation and maintenance of the souvenir shop on Monthly Rent Basis located at Regional Science Centre Patan. Souvenir Items should be based on the Scientific and Regional Science Centre, Patan theme (Refere ATC Document). Bidder required quote the monthly rent willing to pay to the Authority. The minimum rent is Rs. 10, 000/- Per Month. Bidder is required to quote more than Rs. 10, 000/- p.m. The Bidder shall design, develop, operate, manage and maintain the Souvenir Shop including all support facilities at the said premises. Selected bidder required to set up all necessary furniture and other facilities as per requirements to run the souvenir shop.
