BOQ Item Description: Providing general servicing cum periodical maintenance of different capacities of DG set by performing the following excluding costs of spares, oils but including transportation charges, conveyance charges, service chages, Diesel charges, Starting battery charges etc
(i) Cleaning & greasing of the parts
(ii) Tappet setting as per standard
(iii) Fan belt, tension pulley and lever adjustments
(iv) Tightening of all the nuts, bolts and clamps
(v) Testing & checking of AC & DC Wiring
(vi) Self starter & Charging Alternator cleaning and testing, checking of working & minor fault removal
(vii) Checking of Supply & return fuel pipes from fuel tank to engine
