Auction Detail: Eligibility Criteria :- 1) Auctioneer should have average annual turnover of Rs.15, 00, 000/- from last 3 financial years for purchase of Scrap from Semi govt. / State govt./ Municipal Corporation / Development Authorities. A certificate for the same issued by Chartered Accountant must be enclosed and uploaded with the bid. 2) The bidder should deposit Rs.24000/- as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) against the whole lot in the form of FDR only in favour of “Indore Development Authority, Indore”. The said FDR (in original) should reach this office before :- Accounts Officer I Indore Development Authority 7 Race Course Road Indore. The Name, Address and Mobile No. of the bidder should be written on the backside of FDR. 3) Scanned copy of both side of FDR of EMD, PAN, GST, Adhar Card registration in the name of the proprietor / owner / firm / company is required.. Note : Bidders who are blacklisted in IDA or other Govt. Departments, are strictly not allowed to participate in this auction, otherwise their bid will be prima facie rejected and EMD will be forfeited without any pre-intimation.
