BOQ Item Description: Form with Back. All as shown on drawing .Overall size shalll be 1800mm long, 510mm wide and 900mm high.Steel frame shall be of 25mm square tube of wall thickness 1.6mm.Frame at steel level shall be 300mm wide and at bottom of legs, level shall be 460mm wide.Stiffeners of 25mm square tube shall be provided at bottom.Top of side stiffeners shall be at 100mm from bottom.25mm square tube shall be stiffened with long stiffener made to shape welded in the middle of side stiffener .Wooden seat shall be of teak wood in one piece and of size 1800mm long, 255mm wide and 25mm thick bolted to frame with 3mm dia GI bolts fixed with nuts & washers.Steel frame shall be 1500mm long in such a way that teak wood shall project 1500mm from frame on each side.Back rest of wood shall be 1800mm long 150mm wide and 19mm thick fixed to steel frame with GI bolts & nuts and washers .All steel and iron surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces.Painting shalll be done with spray machine.All wood surfaces exposede to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish.Legs shall have four hard rubber shoes.(This drawing has been superseded by drawing No.FD 77M)
