Proof of Previous Supply of the same to Govt/Public Sector/Reputed Heavy Engineer Ing Pvt Sector Company should Accompany the Offer. 2) Test Certificate for Material Fr Om Reputed Labs should Accompany the Supply. 3) Heat Treatment should be Done and C Ertificate Along with Heat Treatment Graph should Accompany the Supply. 4) Hook Shou Ld be Tested for Free Form Cracks and Internal Defects and Ut Certificate from Repute D Labs should Accompany the Supply. 5) the Hook Shall be Manufactured and Supplied a s Per Is:3815-69 in all other Aspects. 6) Hook to be Tested for 20 Tonnes Proof Load and Test Certificate Issued Ny Govt Approved Competent Person should Accompany the Supp Ly. 7) Sample Test Piece to a Minimum Size of 50Mm in Deameter and 10Mm Thick should Acc Ompany the Supply. 8) Inspection Certificate by Tpi: A) M/S Tpi to Verify all the Test Certifi Cates B) M/S Tpi to Check all the Physical Dimensions of the Hook as Per Rwf Drg No.7310 14410070 (Alt-3) C) M/S Tpi to Witness Proof Load Test. 9) Warranty/Guarantee Certificate ( for a Minimum Period of 12 Months from the Date of Fitment or 18 Months from the Da Te of Supply) should Accompany the Supply.
