BOQ Item Description: Cost of Heavy-duty rubber flooring Rubber flooring sheets/rolls of 6-10 mm thickness, made of EPDM or SBR composite, will be installed over bunker floor to provide a non-slip, wear-resistant and water-resistant surface suitable for high foot-traffic and operational loads. Textured or coin-pattern rubber sheets will be used in areas requiring enhanced slip protection, while high-density modular rubber tiles/sheet may be provided in equipment rooms where periodic removal or replacement is anticipated. The flooring material shall be fire-retardant, low-maintenance, compatible with high-humidity environments, and compliant with relevant IS/industry standards, thereby ensuring long-term functional performance within the bunker. All staircases for entry/exit tubes to be pasted and installed with EPDM or SBR composite textured or coin-pattern rubber sheets.
