Flash butt welding of all type of 20 rail panels [60 kg/52 Kg, R260/90/72 UTS, New/in service] at site using Contractor's own Mobile Flash Butt Welding plant & other equipments, machinery, tools & plants, accessories, consumables, materials, labour etc. complete as per Indian Railway's manual for Flash Butt Welding and testing of welded joints as per Indian Railway's Manual for Ultrasonic testing of Welds. The rates are inclusive of all necessary lifting, pulling, handling of 20 rail panels, adjustment of welding gap as required, loosening/ tightening/ removal/re-fixing of fittings and fastenings, mobilization of Flash Butt welding plant, all taxes, all lead and lift etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In Charge.
