Flash Butt Welding of 60 / 52 Kg (90 UTS) Rails of 260 m panels or lesser length in situ or at any location decided by Railway, using contractor's self-propelled rail cum road / Mobile Flash Butt Welding Plant on running / non running lines with or without block or on cess of consolidated formation or on ballasted bed, after unloading of 260 m panels or lesser length of rails where required to connect them to form LWR / SWR, as per direction of Engineer In-charge from km. 173/8 (AZA End) to 4/7(GHY End) = 2.70 KM. at Kamakhya Station Yard in connection with NBQ-GLPT-KYQ doubling project.
Flash butt welding of all type of 20 rail panels [60 kg/52 Kg, 72/90 UTS, New/in service] at site using Contractor's own Mobile Flash Butt Welding plant & other equipments, machinery, tools & plants, accessories, consumables, materials, labour etc. complete as per Indian Railway's manual for Flash Butt Welding and testing of welded joints as per Indian Railway's Manual for Ultrasonic testing of Welds. The rates are inclusive of all necessary lifting, pulling, handling of 20 rail panels, adjustment of welding gap as required, loosening/ tightening/ removal /re fixing of fittings and fastenings, mobilization of Flash Butt welding plant, all taxes, all lead and lift etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In Charge. 2 NS 2 1420.00 Per Joint 4006.35 5689017.00 AT Par 5689017.00
