BOQ Item Description: Refer design drawing 1.7cS and 1.7cG and SOQ item No 2 of tender document
Providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings technical specifications signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. All exterior signs should be manufatured considering harsh outdoor conditions weatherproofing techniques and materials shall be used.
Sign Box
The sign box shall be made in 18 gauge thick P.U.Painted aluminium in specified blue colour RAL 5013. Router cut grooved and folded to achieve the desired shape as per drawing fixed with the internal frame structure.
Sign Face
The sign face shall be made in 18 gauge thick P.U. Painted aluminium in specified blue colour RAL 5013 provided with backlit LED lighting and shall have laser cut profiles to recieve milky white 6mm thk acrylic sheet from back. All panels fixed using counter sunk screws.
Sign Structure
M .S. square sections 25x25 x 1.3mm hotdipped galvanised and powder coated to match RAL 9006 . Structure to be directly fixed to the wall surface. Structure to receive the sign box and the sign face.
Lighting
All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights from Osram or equivalent with electronic controllers having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots and adhering to the LUX levels mentioned in the performance specification.Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring terminating and connecting the incoming cable laid by Airport contractor at the site.
Accessories
Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles end connectors nut inserts screws rivets bolts washers nuts etc. complete as per drawing.
Size As per site requirement.
