Floor mounted facility Announcer
Providing and fixing illuminated signs .... the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
Sign face
Sign face shall be made in 8mm thick 040 white ...by the Engineer in Charge.
Sign Frame
Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide powder coated colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to recieve the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with the 3M brand dual lock system in one side and 3M bothway tape from the other side.The panel should be made easily openable for maintainance.
Sign Structure
All structural members in SS square post 100 x 100 x 3 mm brush finished. base plate embedded below the floor finish ....etc required for fixing the sign in an internal location.
The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the EPC contactor. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together.
Lighting
All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights from Osram or .... Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together.
Foundation
Providing and laying foundation for the sign including its compaction and all activities like Excavation PCC base layer....the match the original finish after fixing and installation of sign .
Accessories Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles end connectors nut-inserts screws rivets bolts washers nuts etc. complete as per drawing.
