FABRICATION OF GRAPHITE PROBES TO DRG NO [FABRICATION OF GRAPHITE PROBES TO DRG NO 742 0153 10100 ALT-4 ITEM : 2 (OUTER DIA : 25MM) RAW MATERIAL SUITABLE GRAPHITE RODS WILL BE SUPPLIED BY RAIL WHEEL FACTORY. ONLY MACHINING AND THREADING TO BE DONE BY THE FIR/SUPPLIER.NOTE: !)The supplier shall ensure provision of Personnel Protection Equipment to their labourers during the course of work, at his risk & cost. (2)Graphite rods shall be provided by RWF.The firm has to arrarnge for collection of graphite rods from SSE/MRS by duly submitting an indemnity bond, the proforma of which can be collected in the General Stores Depot(GSD).(3)The firm has to return finished graphite probes & broken graphite pieces to SSE/MR. (4)Transportation for shifting of raw material and machined graphite probes to be provided by the supplier.(5)The work shall be carried out in firm s premises with the necessary special machines and tools which shall be arranged by the supplier.(6)Bills shall be claimed by the supplier after completion of full work and supply of finished graphite probes.Payment shall be made for actual number of graphite probes accepted at RWF..]
