Fabrication of "IN SITU" Glued Insulated Joints of G-3(L) type for 52 kg/60 kg rails as per RDSO drawing No. T-671/T-2572 and conï¬rming to the speciï¬cation as per instructions contained in manual for glued insulated rails joints. This item is inclusive of all ï¬ttings and accessories such as :- a.- Long ï¬sh plates., b.- H.T.S bolts & amp; nuts., c.-Punch washer., d.- Insulated bushes., e.- Insulated channels., f.- 6mm thick end posts., g.- Glue., h.- Hardner., i.- Glass cloth carrier and all the materials and ï¬ttings for cleaning and assembling excluding rail., j.- Any other ï¬ttings and accessories required to fabricate "In situ Glued Joint" in all respect as per RDSO Drg. No.- T-671/T- 2572 and speciï¬cation contained in manual for In situ glued joint. Note:- i) In-Situ glued joints shall be checked for insulation as per Railways satisfaction. The glued joint should behave satisfactorily minimum upto 6(Six) months from date of laying. In case of any defects detected in this period, the glued joints shall have to be replaced. Security money shall only be released after certiï¬cation from Site in charge regarding satisfactory behavior of all glued joints minimum upto six months from the date of laying.
