Fabrication, assembly in-situ G-3/L type glued insulated joints for broad gauge 60 Kg/52 Kg on running line (with Traffic Block) and non running line (without Traffic Block) with all contractor's materials, to and from transportation of material, octroi etc. Complete as per RDSO/Drg. No. T-671/T-2572 and RDSO/Drg No. T-5361/T-5843 and confirming to the specification as per instruction contained in Manual for Glued Insulated Rail Joints 1998 with up to date all correction slips. This item is inclusive of all fitting and accessories such as :- (A)950 mm Long fish plates (B) H.T.S. Bolts and nuts (C) Punch Washers (D)Insulated bushes (E) Insulated Channels (F) 6/10 mm thick end post (G) Glue (H) Hardener (I) Glass Cloth carrier and all the materials and fitting for cleaning and assembling excluding rails (J) Any other fitting and accessories required to fabricate In situ Glued joints in all respect as per RDSO drawings and specification contained in manual for in situ glued joints. Note:- 1) In situ glued joints shall be checked for insulation as per Railways satisfaction. 2) The glued joints should behave satisfactorily minimum upto 6 months from the date of laying. 3) In case of any defects detected in this periods, the glued joints shall have to replaced.
