Larger Size Sticker should be Wrapped Safely Around Paper Tubes of Suffic Ient Strength & Size to Avoid any Damages to Stickers during Storage and Application. a List should be Pasted on each Box Showing Purchase Order No, Pl No., Description, Dr G / Spec No, Batch Number, Qty in Lot, Firm Name & Address, Consignee Name, Date of Man Ufacturing, Date of Expiry, Date of Dispatch Etc. for Linkage of Po, the Cardboard Box Shall Carry a Qr Code having Details as Listed below : 1 Name of the Manufacturer 2 Purchase Order Number 3 Purchase Order Date 4 Unique Seri Al Number (Or Lot Number for Bulk Items) of the Manufacturer or 5 Date of Manufacture 6 Delivery Challan No. 7 Delivery C Hallan Date the Qr Code Shall be as Per Iso/Iec18004 Model2 and the Data Shall be Available as Xml Using the Tags Detailed Above. in Case the above Details are N Ot Available, or the Qr Codes are not Readable, the Supplied Material is Liable to be Rej Ected.
