Fabrication of in-situ glued insulated joints 52Kg/60Kg as per RDSO's approved drawing No. T-671 & 2572 respectively and conï¬rming to the manual for glued insulated rail joints (revised 2024) issued by Ministry of Railway, RDSO, Lucknow with supply of all ï¬ttings and accessories such as: (i) Fishplate (ii) HTS bolts and nuts(iii) Punched washer (iv)Insulating bushes(v) Insulating liners (vi)Insulating end post (vii)Glue (viii)Woven roving fabrics and all other materials and ï¬xtures for cleaning and assembling excluding rails complete in all respect. Special Conditions: (1) Only the ï¬rms having RDSO's approval for manufacturing Glued Joints will be engaged for undertaking this work. (2) ï¬sh plates and HTS bolts and nuts should be got inspected by consignee before supply and ï¬xing in the track and they have to be procured from RDSO approved ï¬rms. (3) No breakup in rates shall be accepted. (4) Quantities mentioned in the above item is approximate and payment shall be made for actual work done. Note: (a) The work should be executed on cess. (b) All materials procured must be from RDSO approved firm and should be RDSO approved.
