Description The Reserve Bank of India (the Bank) intends to engage Evaluators for Housing Loan Portfolio of Reserve Bank of India for the period April 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026 through e-tendering process through two-stage bidding process (comprising of Technical and Commercial bid) from Scheduled Commercial Banks (hereinafter referred to as ‘SCB-) and Housing Finance Companies/ Entities (hereinafter referred to as ‘HFC-) registered with National Housing Bank (hereinafter referred to as NHB) or Reserve Bank of India operating in India for evaluation of underlying immovable property, for which Housing Loan is being availed by employees of the Bank from RBI. Only those SCB/HFCs who fulfill the pre-qualification criteria are eligible to participate in this tender.
