Description : The Scope of Work Covers Collection of Faulty 250 Kva Conventional Type Distribution Transformers from Concerned Divisional Stores, Dismantling of Transformer Coils from the Core and Damaging all the Three Coils with Cutter and Releasing of Transformer Oil at the Divisional Stores in the Presence of Store Keeper and the Assistant Executive Engineer (Ele) Transformer Repair Monitoring Gescom to Keep the Released Oil with the Gescom Store and Lifting of Released Winding by the Agency and Shall be Kept with the Repairer (By Collecting Salvage Cost of the Released Winding as Quoted by the Bidder). Collection of Transformer Tank with Core from the Stores, Repairing of the Transformer by Providing Ht and Lt Winding by New Coils, New Ehv Grade Transformer Oil as Per Gescom Specification. Replacing of Bushing Rods, Metal Parts, Ht/Lt Bushing Insulators, Washers, Gasket (Which are Unserviceable) and Repairs of the Tank, Painting Etc., Drying the Repaired Winding in the Oven as Required, and Testing Repaired Good Transformer at the Repair Center. Testing of Repaired Good Transformer at Divisional Automatic Test Bench of Gescom to Ensure the Quality of Repaired Good Transformers as Per Gescom Specifications by the Assistant Executive Engineer (Ele), Transformer Repair Monitoring and Handing over to the Concerned Divisional Stores. the Purchase Order Shall be Placed by the Executive Engineer (Ele), of the Concerned Gescom O&M Division. the Faulty Transformers Received from Respective Store Shall be Repaired and Returned to the same Stores
