Auction Detail: 1) Bids are invited through GeM from eligible bidders for “Establishment, Operation, Maintenance and Comprehensive Management of IIITDM Kurnool Cafeteria/Canteen at Administrative Block, IIITDM Kurnool, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.” 2) A permanent, RCC top building of plinth area around 3600 SFT situated in the Lower Ground Floor of Seminar Hall Complex, IIITDM Kurnool. Out of the total area, an area of Approx. 1250 SFT would be allotted to the licensee for cooking, storage, cleaning, selling & other operations while the remaining area of 2350 SFT would be dining hall space which would not be allotted exclusively to the licensee and can be used by the staff, students, visitors for dining. However, the cleaning & minor maintenance of the Dining area would be the responsibility of the Licensee. License fee payable would only be for the Approx. 1250 SFT allotted to the Licensee. 3) All the details are provided in the Tender Document attached and bidders are advised to thoroughly go through the tender Document and participate subject to their eligibility & acceptance of all the scope and terms & conditions in the tender document. 4) The base license fee fixed is @ Rs.5, 000/- per month (excluding GST) for providing the license to use the earmarked premises inside the IIITDM Kurnool campus, on a as is where is basis to run the IIITDM Kurnool Cafeteria/Canteen. Applicable GST would be required to be paid by the licensee. 5) Qualified bidders meeting the eligibility criteria and quoting the highest License Fee over and above the Base License Fee Rs. 5, 000/- per month (excluding GST) shall be eligible for Award of Contract. 6) The tentative start date is 01.09.2026 or any other day specified in the Award which would may be minimum 5 days from the date of issue of Award. As time is essence of the Contract, bidders are requested to be aware of this timeline while quoting the bid. 7) The Pin Code of IIITDM Kurnool is 518008.
