BOQ Item Description: All formation of MES shall be made authorized to enter the service book details of officers posted in that formation from folder III service book Once the data is entered and validated by data preparer by eHastakshar same will be authenticated by nodal officer or HOO of that formation through Aadhar base signature This data will further be approved by CRO O and then only it will be finally uploaded in concerned officers profile For officer posted in E in Cs Branch and on deputation the data will be entered authenticated and approved by CRO O The necessary alteration in the present application available at MES website is to be carried out to make the above changes Once the data entry of officers is done the right to add or alter the officer data shall be taken away form all formation except CRO O
