BOQ Item Description: Providing and installaing EPDM Rubber Flooring and Surfacing with the following minimum specification at BPCL Housing Complex, Noida
1. Thickness- 36mm
a. Rubber crumb or Buffing layer thickness 30mm. Base Layer
b. EPDM Layer thickness 6mm. Top Layer

2. PU binder primer or suitable arrangement on concrete sub-base for proper bonding of base layer and concrete sub-base as approved by BPCL

3. PU binder for excellent adhesion and bonding between base layer and top layer as approved by BPCL

4. Durability- EPDM rubber flooring should be highly durable and can withstand heavy traffic, making it ideal with high foot traffic, such as sports euipments.

5. Slip resistance- EPDM rubber flooring shoiuld be slip resistance to avoid any accidents caused by slipping.

6. Shock absorption-EPDM rubber flooring should have excellent shock absorption properties which can help prevent injuries caused by falls.

7. UV resistance-It should be UV resistant and can withstand exposure to sunlight at minimal fading or deteriorating.

8. Multi colored graphic and design. Options to be provided by bidder and prior approval has to be obtained from BPCL.
