Entire Plumbing and Sanitary work for the service buildings at Old & new filter House, river side pump house including sanitary & Plumbing work of zone No.1 to 4 under SSE/W/WS/KPA. i) Sanitary & Plumbing Work in CPWD DSR 2021;
- Zonal works: Overall percentage above/below/at par over the rates of CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates [Ver-2] 2021 except ch-17 & 18 with up to date correction slips etc. NOTE: 1. The tenderer is to quote only one rate against the schedule. The advertised value is the departmental assessed value. 2. The departmental assessed value/advertised value has been chalked out considering the escalation which is governed by the prevailing rates fixed by Engineering Department, Head Quarter, Eastern Railway over the basic value i.e. 14% below uponbasic cost of Delhi schedule of Rates [Ver-2] 2021 3. The above instructions are only for guidance to the tenderers. Tenderers should consider the above aspects while quoting rates. 4. Tenderers while quoting rates should quote the rates % above/below/at par w.r.t. the assessed/advertised value as depicted, considering escalation and effect of GST and other taxes as applicable.
