The purpose of this RFP is to enhance the skills and capacity of Anganwadi Sevika, Sahayika & Poshan Sakhis in Dhanbad district through structured training, enabling them to deliver improved Early Childhood Care Education (ECCE), nutrition, and community services. This capacity-building effort will lead to more empowered and confident Anganwadi workers who can better support the health, nutrition, pre-school education, and developmental needs of children and mothers in rural and underserved communities of Dhanbad. The project aims to improve the quality of service delivery at the grassroots level by equipping them with updated knowledge, practical skills, and soft skills such as communication, leadership, and digital literacy.
