All other required details as per stated in the Tender Documents and as per Section -10 Documents to be furnished by Bidder should be submitted in this tender compulsory are received for purpose of opening the bid. However for the purpose of realization of D.D., bidder shall send to E.E. at the time of tender opening or send the same in original through R.P.A.D. so as to reach Executive Engineer, Rajkot Irrigation Project Division, Rajkot within 7 days from the last date of Opening of bid. On date - 14-10-2026 to 22-10-2026 during the office hours . Paneltative action for not submitting D.D. and FDR in original to Executive Engineer by bidder shall be initiated and penalty like abeyance of registration and cancellation of E-Tendering code for a period of one year as Government Circular Date.27- 11-08 and Dt.29-10-2014. However exemption certificate shall to be submitted electronically through online. Any documents in supporting of bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning etc) and hard copy will not be accepted separately.
