Description : Fabrication and supply of Engineering Caution Board as per drawing and IRPWM ANNEXURE 8/4 PARA 807 AND 808 with Dimension 400X1400mm. Board made up of Retro reflective sheeting of high intensity grade ( Encapsulated Lens Type) type IV of make 3M/Avery Dennison or equivalent along with retro reflective manufacturer test certificate and authorization certificate with confirming to ASTM 4956 specification on 2mm thick aluminum alloy sheet 14 gauge conforming to IS 736 in size and shape using heat lamp Vacuum application method along with back support of angle leg 25mmX25mmX3mm angle iron including cutting, riveting and fixing of angle leg 65mmX65mmX6mm of size 3500mm long from the bottom of main board painting of angle iron support with two coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer the size board. Firm to submit 07 years pre- qualification warranty and tender specific OEM authorization from OEM 3M/Avery Dennison or equivalent grade along with their offer.
