Engagement of Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) for conducting Computer Based Test (CBT) and all related activities like processing of results for examination for centralized selection for promotion to the post of Sub-Inspector(Executive) for all Zonal Railways/RPSF for the year 2024 under Rule 72, RPF Rules.
Conduct of Computer Based Test(CBT) and all related activities including Required number of Test Centre booking and finalization of CBT centres, Generation of E-Call Letters to candidates, Scheduling of candidates to various CBT centres, Test Centre readiness and pre-audit, Store Question Paper in confidential, encrypted mode, Conduct of computer based examination in a single shift, Registration of candidates along with their photograph at test venue, CCTV Surveillance, Objection handling, Audit log and candidate response sheet handover, Candidate document along with CCTV recording Data Handover, Host a website with user credentials to all candidates to provide Mock test, Download answer sheet after CBT exam, Upload Answer key, End-To-End support including technical, operational, logistic and manpower for CBT exam including invigilation, Security, Management of representation, Conduct of CBT, Supervision of whole process, Consulting support and required manpower to handle the entire examination process within the time frame including MIS support, Seamless, secure conduct of CBT with complete confidentiality, Merit List Generation for CBT, preparation of panel for all zones etc as mentioned in General Information and Scope of Service of tender document (Srl No. 1 of documents attached with tender). The Rates are EXCLUSIVE OF GST. GST will be paid as applicable on actual basis. Note: Under Qty unit "Numbers" refers to "number of candidates" who will be appearing for the CBT.
