Engagement of “Engineering Consultant for Assessment of Structural Adequacy/ Stability of Existing Buildings and Recommendation for Retrofitting, Preparation of a Detailed Investigation Report Including Conducting Required Lab / Field Tests, Structural Assessment and Methodology Recommended for Repairs/Retrofitting, Structural Stability Certificate, Cost Estimates, Structural Design, Detailed Estimate and Sequence of Works for Preparation and Submission of Detailed Project Report (Dpr) As-Well-As Arranging Approval of the same by our Client, and Also Providing Consultancy Services during Different Stages of Execution of the Project Till Defect Liability Period in Connection with “Repair, Repainting Including Retrofitting Works to Type-Iii Quarters Residential Campus at Central University of Tamil Nadu (Cutn), Thiruvarur Appointment of 'Engineering Consultant' for repair, repainting and retrofitting work of Type-Iiii Quarters Residential Campus at Central University of Tamil Nadu (Cutn), Thiruvarur. existing buildings in This includes checking the structural strength/stability of the equipment and giving suggestions for retrofitting. Also, required lab/field tests, structural assessments, repair/retrofitting methods, structural stability certificates, cost estimates, structural design, detailed estimates and work specifications. Also includes preparation of Detailed Inspection Report (DPR) containing order information and obtaining approval from the client. Apart from this, it also includes providing consultancy services from various stages of project work till the 'defect liability period'.
