Engagement of Architect & Design Consultant for Site Surveying, Geotechnical & Soil Investigation/ Exploration & Drawings, Carrying out all Related Design & Drawings, Civil, Structural Design, Water Supply, Sanitary & Drainage Works, Facade Signages, Bim Modelling, Landscaping As-Well -As Arranging Approval of the same by our Client with Detailed Bill of Quantities (Boq) Obtaining Statutory Approvals and Also Providing Consultancy Services during Different Stages of Execution of the Project in Connection with "Design and Construction of Entry Exit Structures Along with Connecting Bridge for Elevated Metro Stations of Corridor 3 at Nehru Nagar, Kandanchavadi, Perungudi, Thoraipakkam, Mettukuppam, Ptc Colony, Okkiyampet, Karapkkam and Okkiyam Thoraipakkam Including Civil, Architecural Finishes and all Related designs and images, civil, structural design, water supply, sanitation and drainage work, bIM modeling, appointment of architect and design advisor for landscaping, as well as arranging approval with our customer with detailed quantity bill (beoQ), obtained statutory approval To do and provide consulting services during various stages of execution of the project in relation to the design and construction of the entry and exit gate.
