Item Description: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 Phase, 4 Wire, Pre-paid Energy Meters, BIS 15884 Marked in existing Meter Board / Floor Panels with Pre Payment Shock Proof capacitive touch Key pad, Bluetooth, based Digital having current range 10-100 Amp, 415 V, acucuracy class 1.0 along with Parallel home display split Unit, with inbuilt load control switch, containing provision for TOD & RTC, inbuilt feature sense the DG Mode through PLSI inbuilt in meter, dual source registration with respect to Grid as well as DG supply (wireless, without DCU, USB, Pendrive & Sim, no other extra equipent required for dual sence, meter it self capable for dual senceing) and dynamic load allocation facility from Grid and DG, capable to define 4 tariff slabs, happy hour & holiday definition all as specified and directed. That the manufacturer or their service provider shall furnish 10 (Ten) (Secure Model Liberty 370) years replacement guarantee for prepaid meters installed under this contract. (Make - Secure, HPL, L & T & ABB) Note : Meter should be work on MES Delhi Cantt server
