Empanelment of Vendors and Award of Work for Facility Management Service (FMS) & Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Computer Hardware, Software and Peripherals at RBI Gangtok and Bank-s Warsite at Gangtok
Description Reserve Bank of India, Gangtok, invites separate Technical (Part-I) and Commercial/ Price bids (Part-II) through e-tendering from vendors who are engaged in providing FMS & AMC services for Computer Hardware, Software and Peripherals; subject to terms and conditions. The interested vendors must register themselves on the MSTC portal (http://mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi) for participating through e-tendering. The contract will be valid for period April 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026 extendable on a yearly basis for a maximum of two more years subject to satisfactory performance, or other periods as RBI may decide. The Tender (Part-I & Part-II) shall be submitted on or before 2.00 PM on March 8, 2025 through MSTC portal only.
