The primary objectives are to:  Develop Entrepreneurial Competencies: Provide training in business planning, financial management, marketing, and market analysis.  Enhance Leadership and Life Skills: Cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.  Create Income Opportunities: Guide participants in establishing and expanding their micro and small enterprises for sustainable income generation.  Cultivate a Mentorship Network: Train a cohort of participants to become mentors (Biz Sakhis) who can support future entrepreneurs.  Promote Sector-Specific Growth: Focus on sectors where women have existing expertise to help them transform traditional skills into scalable businesses with a broader market reach.
