Remarks Bidder shall have to submit DD for Tender Fee, FDR against, EMD and other documents as mentioned above in Electronic format only through online (by Scanning) While uploading the Bid. This submission shall mean that EMD and Tender Fee are received. Accordingly after those bids shall be opened whose EMD and Tender Fee is received electronically. For the purpose of realization of DD, FDR. at the time of Tender Opening or send the same in original through RPAD/Speed Post in Physical form so as to reach R&B office on Date shown above during office Hours (10/9/2024 to 16/9/2024) to Executive Engineer, Panchayat (R&B) Division, Bhavnagar only. Tender fee & EMD received early or later than the time specified will not be accepted in any case and the bid of that bidder shall be considered non-responsive. Punishment action shall be initiated for not submitting DD/FDR. in original to Executive Engineer Panchayat R&B Division, Bhavnagar. Also Consultants party’s registration shall be kept in abeyance for three year and E-tendering code shall be cancelled for three year. Any document in supporting of Bid shall be submitted in Electronic format only through on line by Scanning etc. while uploading tenders offers and hard copy will not be accepted separately.
