Tender's Details

MMAW electrode holder of Type A, fully insulated, 400A rating, 60% duty cycle with marking conforming to IS 2641:1989 (RA- 2020) /EN 60974-11. The jaws shall be made of high grade forged copper alloy and jaws to have provision for alternative positional gripping of electrodes. Glass fiber reinforced Polyamide material shall be used for encasing the handle of the electrode holder, Spring & Spring Contr ol Lever to protect from electrocution, radiated heat and weld spatter. The hand grip holder insulation shall be locked suitably with non-met allic grub screws or button type design to prevent the slippage of holder handles insulation cover unless unscrewed. Material to be procured only from OEMs or their authorized dealers with valid license under IS 2641:1989 (RA-2020) or valid certificate under EN 60974-11.
