MMAW electrode holder of Type A, fully insulated, 400A rating, 60% duty cycle with BIS marking conforming to IS 2641:1989 RA 2020. The jaws shall be made of high grade forged copper alloy. Glass fiber reinforced Polyamide material shall be used for encasing the handle of the electrode holder. The hand grip holder insulation shall be locked suitably with non-metallic grub screws or button type design t o prevent the slippage of holder handles insulation cover unless unscrewed. Certificate of tests carried out in a NABL accredited laboratory o r Government approved test house as mentioned in para 5.3 & 6.2 of IS 2641:1989 RA 2020 shall be supplied along with the product duly in dicating the batch number of the product.
