EMD:a) Units registered with National Small Scale Industrial Corporation Limited (NSIC).b) Units falling under Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) category and registered with authorities specified under Public Procurement Policy for MSEs and as defined under the MSMED Act 2006.
